Our why

CareFlight is an Australian based aeromedical charity that delivers lifesaving emergency rescue, critical care, and patient transport services using rotary wing, fixed wing and road transport vehicles with specialist medical teams on board. CareFlight responds to accidents, medical emergencies and urgent hospital transfers — often reaching patients where other healthcare services cannot. As a not-for-profit organisation, it relies on community and corporate support to help save lives and improve access to emergency healthcare across Australia and overseas.
